We were busy as bees in January between all of the ingresses and supportive Cazimis! While there are less astrological events in February, they pack a massive punch. In this post, I'm sharing what you need to know about 3 ingresses, 2 retrogrades, 1 conjunction transit, and 1 eclipse. There are 7 other aspect-related astrological events, plus the regular moon ingresses (every 2-3 days), and Sun entering Pisces. Get ready because it's time to connect to the cosmos of the February 2026 Astrology!

Uranus Stations Direct in Taurus
The first transit we'll be discussing happens on February 3rd at 9:33pm EST. Uranus, the outer planet that represents change, major upheaval, and revolution, has been retrograde since September 6, 2025. Back then it stationed at 1º27' of Gemini, while this month's station at 27º27' of Taurus acts as the turning point for it to return to direct motion. Uranus has previously spent a lot of time in the Fixed Earth Sign. Specifically, it transited Taurus from May 18, 2018 to November 6, 2018 before formally entering the sign for 7 years straight on March 6, 2019. We experienced the Uranus in Gemini preview period starting in July 2025, which lasted approximately 5 months.
Keep in mind that this direct station is similar to that of Saturn and Neptune in recent months because it signals a final review. Uranus will be moving through the tail end of Taurus between February 3rd and May 21st, by means of its Post-Shadow phase. However, the true handoff occurs when Uranus enters Gemini on April 25th. From now until then we can expect final surprise upheavals in the Taurian area of our chart! Collectively, we may see the last pushes for innovation and breakdowns in the financial spheres, land ownership and occupation, as well as protests related to assets, hunger, and climate.
Mercury Enters Pisces
For our first ingress of February we have Mercury entering Pisces. If it seems like we just experienced this transit combination then that's because the last time the messenger planet moved through the Mutable Water Sign was February 14th through March 3rd of 2025. Lest we forget we also had a Retrograde with Mercury moving between Pisces and Aries. This year we're going to experience that energy again, but minus the Aries piece! To start this story though, we begin with February 6th at 5:48pm EST when Mercury ingresses into Pisces, a Sign represented by the fish and ruled by Jupiter and Neptune. With Mercury in this Pisces (where it's in detriment and fall), we can expect increased daydreaming, creative thinking, naïveté, intuitive insights, and romanticism. More on the upcoming retrograde later in this post!
Venus Enters Pisces
Close on Mercury's heels, Venus enters Pisces just four days later on February 10th at 5:19am EST. The last time Venus transited here was January 2nd through February 4th and March 27th through May 1st of 2025. You may remember that time period for Venus and Mercury having simultaneous retrogrades between the Signs of Pisces and Aries. This year we are spared the dual Retrograde across two zodiac signs. Even better, Venus thoroughly enjoys being in Pisces (its exaltation) and therefore should float smoothly through this area of our chart. Fingers crossed its efforts will lessen the blow of the overlapping Mercury Retrograde! The planet of love, peace, and aesthetic will move through this Sign until March 6th. Along the way we can expect we can expect increased creativity, compassion, tenderness, intuitive alignment, and blissful ignorance.
Mercury Pre-Shadow & Mercury Retrograde in Pisces
I've kept you in suspense long enough, let's get into the Mercury Retrograde! Important-to-know background, which I've covered a few times in my Insight Timer classes, is that a Retrograde is comprised of three components: the Pre-Shadow, the Retrograde itself, and the Post-Shadow. The Pre-Shadow period for this first Retrograde beings on February 11th at 5:12pm EST when Mercury reaches 8º29' of Pisces. In 2025, the Pre-Shadow ran from March 1st to 15th. During that window, Mercury was journeying from 26º of Pisces through 9º of Aries. This go-around its moving from 8º29' to 22º34' of Pisces, which means there is no overlap by degree! If you use the Whole Sign House System to interpret your Natal Chart, you can treat the Pisces portion the same as last year. If you use the Placidus System though, these two degree ranges could point to different astrological houses, so look out for that in your forecasting!
Now for the main event! We have Mercury stationing Retrograde on February 26th at 1:48am EST when it reaches 22º34' of Pisces. During the Retrograde, Mercury retraces the steps of its Pre-Shadow Period fully. That's why Rx Periods give us a little déjà vu and/or feature the reappearance of obstacles we thought we'd dealt with! Over the coming weeks we can expect to live out the Mercury in Pisces themes I shared earlier, but with an added level of dysfunction, disorientation, and disregulation. Mercury continues moving in Retrograde Motion until March 20th, which is when the Post-Shadow Period starts! On that day, Mercury moves in Direct Motion until it reaches that original Pre-Shadow ending point of 22º34' Pisces. The full effect of a Retrograde is cleared once the planet moves out of and beyond the full shadow; a moment that arrives for us at 7:42am EST on April 9th.
Saturn Enters Aries
Earlier in this post I mentioned how Saturn was retracing the final degrees of a Sign. I was referring to its final transit through Pisces that kicked off at the end of 2025. On February 13th at 7:12pm EST, it's time to celebrate! Maybe? Well, at least for those of us who have their Natal Saturn in Pisces because our Saturn Return is officially over and behind us! Saturn first entered the Cardinal Fire Sign of Aries last year from May 24th through September 1st. That time gave us a sneak peek into what we can expect over the next two years. We can also refer back to the last complete cycle of Saturn in Aries, which ran from April 7, 1996 through June 9, 1998 and October 25, 1998 through February 28, 1999. Saturn represents maturity, structural systems, and life lessons. This planet moving through Aries signals a comprehensive reassessment of the boundaries and responsibilities we have or need to create within this area of our chart. We can expect our egos to be checked, spontaneity to run up against authority, and much needed focus applied to not only start our goals but achieve them in a way that will last. Saturn will transit Aries from now until April 12th 2028.
Solar Eclipse in Aquarius
Welcome to the first eclipse of 2026! The Solar Eclipse occurs on February 17th at 7:13am EST at 28° of Aquarius. Note: this is an out-of-sign Eclipse for the current Pisces-Virgo series. For an overview of the difference between solar and lunar eclipses check out my class on YouTube from September! In general, eclipses carry beginning and ending energy, and this North Node in Aquarius Eclipse is asking us to embrace the high vibrational energies of the Fixed Air Sign. The cosmos are encouraging us to lean into progress, rebuilding systems, and collective efforts. We already spilled the cosmic tea on this day and all four of this year's Eclipses in our 2026 Forecasts episode of Synergy to Synastry!
For historical reference, here are the previous Aquarius Solar Eclipses over the last few decades: 2/15/18, 1/26/09, 2/6/08, 2/5/00, 2/16/99, 9/6/98, and 1/26/90. You can refer back to these dates and time periods for insight into the transformation of this astrological event in your life. Reminder: no manifesting on an eclipse day! Instead, I'd recommend using the Manifestation Log in The 2026 Life Path Guidebook and responding to the Eclipse Journal Prompts.
Saturn-Neptune Conjunction in Aries
We've reached our last notable transit of February, happening on the 20th at 11:52am EST. This day is one to pay attention to because Saturn (i.e., the planet of responsibility and steady growth) is conjoining Neptune (i.e., the planet of delusion and intuition). Conjunctions are when two celestial bodies reach the same degree point of the same Sign, in this case 0° of Aries. Neptune recently re-entered this sign in January, and Saturn ingressed into the Cardinal Fire Sign one week ago on the 13th. The last time these planets conjoined was decades ago on November 13, 1989 when they were in a different Cardinal Sign: Capricorn. That's ultimately our closet reference point and naturally the flavor of Cardinal Fire versus Earth is stark! Broadly speaking, Saturn-Neptune Conjunctions are known for eliciting practical idealism, self-doubt, and dedication to making our dreams a reality. In Aries, we can expect these dynamics to infuse intentional action, passionate focus, and careful illusion.
