Welcome & Fall Equinox Raffle Announcement
Renee: Hello, everyone.
Renee: Welcome back to Synergy to Synastry.
Renee: This is episode 13.
Renee: Today we're going to be talking about Akashic Records and Spirit Councils.
Renee: Before we get into that, way back in June, we held an Apple Podcasts review raffle and picked a winner on the Summer Solstice.
Renee: Well, we're at it again for the Fall Equinox.
Renee: Make sure to rate and leave a review to enter, and we'll randomly select someone to win a free reading with one of us.
Renee: The winner will be announced at the start of Episode 15, the day before the actual Equinox, and then posted on social media.
Renee: On to the show!
Spirit Councils
Renee: Let's start off by talking about Spirit Councils.
Renee: A Spirit Council is considered a group of guides assigned to support a specific initiative within your lifetime.
Renee: For example, that could be writing a book, buying a house, even broader, your career, your love life, or healing specific wounds you may have.
Christine: Your Spirit Council won't always be made up of the same members.
Christine: We have different guides for different things throughout our life.
Christine: And I feel that's a reminder of just how much support we truly have behind us from Spirit.
Renee: You have to actually solicit your council.
Renee: So it doesn't just form as you're floating around in your life.
Renee: If you choose to engage with the Spirit Council, a team of guides, then you have to actually call it to order.
Renee: You have to form the group.
Renee: You're not necessarily picking who's going to be in it, but you're setting the intention.
How to Create a Spirit Council
Renee: So how to actually meet with your Spirit Council?
Renee: There's a few steps here.
Renee: Typically, the entry point is sitting and doing meditation.
Renee: It could be guided specifically around the topic of meeting with the Spirit Council, or it could be unguided.
Renee: Then you set your intention.
Renee: You're calling in guides or any beings of the highest vibration, those who are looking to support you.
Renee: When you arrive, go around the room, see who's sitting around the table, get details on them.
Renee: Do you already know them?
Renee: Are they brand new?
Renee: What are their names?
Renee: What's their background?
Renee: Any basic information?
Renee: Now you've called the meeting to order.
Renee: You're in front of the group.
Renee: You're saying, this is what I'd like the group to help out with.
Renee: You're iterating it again in case any of them, for whatever reason, wanted to leave.
Renee: That's not their bag.
Renee: They want to bounce.
Renee: Then if you have a specific question, you could ask them.
Renee: I will open my eyes and I might write as I'm going rather than just waiting until afterwards.
Renee: So it's up to you if you want to be all in on the experience, and then whatever you retain is what you retain and you write it down, or you could write as you're going.
Renee: A great way to end the session is ask for a sign that's validation of their support.
Renee: When you're out and about and you are taking action, whether it's your independent initiative, advice from any other people or from the Spirit Council itself, if you start seeing that sign that you requested, that's a way to reinforce that you're on the right path.
Renee: You have the option to meet on a regular basis with the Spirit Council.
Renee: You could meet with them quarterly, more regularly, less regularly.
Renee: When you happen to remember, it doesn't have to be scheduled.
Renee: It depends on how much targeted guidance you'd like for that initiative.
Renee: Christine, anything else to add?
Christine: I feel like the concept of a council is very easy to imagine because we have them in our day-to-day lives, right?
Christine: Like with work, we know that there's a board for the company that we work for, or there's a community council for whatever project is coming up.
Christine: But I want to point out too that we visit our Spirit Council between lives to help us achieve our goals and keep us in line and integrity with our soul's purpose, especially here on Earth.
Renee's Experiences with Spirit Councils
Renee: Let's discuss our experiences working with Spirit Councils.
Renee: I know at least for me, my first exposure to this concept was in the Be Light Program through Nuurvana.
Renee: I looked back through my notebook and I couldn't find any notes other than defining what it was.
Renee: In the meditation that I did this week connecting with my Spirit Council, I went through the Astral Garden, which is the setup that Deganit has in the meditation.
Renee: Then you approach a stream and I actually had a little frog pop out and land on a rock and talk to me.
Renee: It said, don't forget to take it with you.
Renee: I don't know what it is.
Renee: I'll find out.
Renee: I'm sure later.
Renee: It was very ambiguous.
Renee: Really this whole Spirit Council session for me was super ambiguous.
Renee: I passed through the woods and I arrived at the table and how it presented for me was a long white oval.
Renee: And then all of the chairs were made out of trees.
Renee: I had this feeling of thanks for joining as if I was really, really overdue, which of course I am because I haven't done this for several years now.
Renee: Caleb, who I had mentioned, who I really do not see or interact with that often, he like pulled out a chair for me and I sat down and then he sat directly to my left.
Renee: And then I had my Nana and then next was Louisa, who I also mentioned and then I had a couple of new people.
Renee: Honestly, I don't really engage with my guides that often.
Renee: Like I check in with my Nana or if I'm doing journaling, it's whoever comes in or with my Granddad, I'm trying to connect with him.
Renee: So I primarily focus on my direct loved ones.
Renee: I kind of forget that there's potentially other people out there that you can meet with.
Renee: I know we talked about it in our Universe episode when we discussed Spirit Guides.
Renee: But honestly, like when you're living your day to day, even as people who are into the spiritual, I forget about that stuff all the time.
Renee: If I don't write it down on my to-do list, it's not like it's in my routine.
Renee: Hence why they were feeling forgotten because I'm not checking in, and I'm not meeting new people.
Renee: So I had this new guy and I immediately got a name, Reginald, and the impression that I got from him was that he was a high priest from the Medieval time.
Renee: Then the next one was some sort of an angel.
Renee: What I got is that they represent and support me when I'm recognizing alignment.
Renee: Then finally, I had the council chair, white hair, short beard, and he immediately outstretched his right hand to me, and it was symbolically an energy transfer.
Renee: And he said, let's bridge the knowledge gap.
Renee: They wanted a gender neutral name, beginning with S, okay, you're Sam.
Renee: They said, we hereby convene this meeting to order for the agenda of purpose.
Renee: I was like, oh cool, this is official.
Renee: Like this is, it just felt like an entire scene playing out, similar to when you're doing a psychic reading for people.
Renee: You just have these images and words and sounds and feelings that just start coming at you.
Renee: So with this call to order, several of their hands shot up and they were offering ideas of what my purpose is.
Renee: Creativity, compassion and teaching, holding space, growth, and showing the way.
Renee: Nana waved at me for my attention and then slid a note to me on the table.
Renee: I picked it up and it said, flip it over.
Renee: This isn't really the note.
Renee: On the other side, it said, you already know the way.
Renee: Loosely following the framework, I went to ask them a question and I brought a career stuff and they were all just shaking their heads, reminding me to focus on community building and connecting with other people.
Renee: Then it was like they were all talking at once, but they were repeating the same lines over and over again.
Renee: Don't be afraid, stop the fear.
Renee: You've got the key in your hand.
Renee: Then I just felt my body relax.
Renee: Shut out the noise of others following the traditional path because those are tests and it's not about them.
Renee: I'm forging my own path.
Renee: Then I was seeing the imagery of the actual path I had walked in on to go to the Astral Garden.
Renee: Accompanying that was the message that it's not actually like untrodded ground, it's just a discrete route.
Renee: So it's not that I am walking it for the first time, no one's ever walked that path before, it's just that people tend to miss it, and it's meant for those who are destined to see it.
Renee: I have chills talking about this.
Renee: The final message that I got is my calling is quote greater than I've given credit for and far more expansive than my current dreams.
Renee: With this notion of self-limiting beliefs and narratives that we all tend to carry, oh well I couldn't do that, or that's not for me, or I don't belong, or you're not good enough, or smart enough, or talented enough.
Renee: So they gave me spiritual homework, which was to make a list of aspirations that I have and really try to go big.
Renee: And then every day for the next eight days, re-read everything and just kind of take a minute and absorb it.
Renee: And then they said after the eight days, come back.
Renee: Like they were like, okay, meaning adjourned, like that's it.
Renee: I don't know what's going to happen.
Christine: Will you update us when you check in in eight days?
Renee: Yes, no.
Renee: To get to the other side, 1.77245.
Renee: I'm just kidding.
Renee: I'll definitely update you next week because the eight days is going to fall before the next time we record.
Christine's Experiences with Spirit Councils
Christine: I also did a Spirit Council visit this week.
Christine: My council was made up of five members and from what I understand, your council can be made up of any number of members.
Christine: For some reason, mine is always made up of five.
Christine: I saw a genie representing newness, manifestation, careful wording.
Christine: Flora, the goddess of flowers, representing ancient knowledge and awakening, abundance.
Christine: If you know me or you follow my account on Instagram, the birth of Venus, the painting, tends to make an appearance in my life when things are changing or when there's a birth of something.
Christine: I haven't seen the painting since maybe college and it all of a sudden started popping up for me again.
Christine: The next member there was a knight and the knight represents past knowledge, renaissance, rebirth, also a gentleman.
Christine: He reminded me of a young Gomez Adams from the Adams family, representing love and romance and a new era.
Christine: He had a big red rose on his suit.
Christine: Then the last member of my Spirit Council was this little alien, presenting future expansion, knowledge.
Christine: I don't have yet, but I've been downloading.
Christine: When I approached my Spirit Council, they were all sitting together at a light colored wooden oval-shaped table.
Christine: They were excited to see me and initially when I was there, they were apparating and re-apparating, almost like they were getting settled for this meeting.
Christine: When I'm in between lives, my council was telling me that the alien will catch me back up to speed, helping me make the transition from one life to the next.
Christine: They were also sharing with me that I need to know that everything's going to be okay, that I'm not downgrading, I'm elevating, and that I've made such a drastic U-term.
Christine: It's like time and space need a minute just to rework themselves.
Christine: I'm here to learn to speak up for myself.
Christine: I'm here to heal and inspire others through my healing.
Christine: The advice that they gave me was not to worry so much, which easier said than done.
Christine: Things are being taken care of and I am meant to slow down.
Christine: They were encouraging me to tap into my creativity, to continue focusing on my health.
Christine: Last thing that they told me is just be vulnerable, be genuine, the right people need to find you.
Christine: As I was leaving my Spirit Council, the trees in the forest where we were sitting at started to bloom.
Christine: And I thought that was really beautiful.
Renee: I really enjoy the eclectic cast of characters in yours because mine mostly, they're all dressed in quote unquote normal clothing or it just wasn't emphasized what they were wearing, it wasn't important.
Christine: Yeah, that's interesting.
Christine: It's always like an eclectic group.
Christine: The genie was like floating in midair.
Christine: The gentleman was standing up.
Christine: Flora like had her own like seat made of like roses and vines.
Christine: They're always doing their own thing.
Christine: One thing that I did want to bring up though, back in 2019, I have a medium who I would also consider her a friend at this point, had suggested the book called Hiring the Heavens by Jean Slatter to me.
Christine: Jean talks about how she develops relationships with spirit and it's called Hiring the Heavens because she explains that you can hire the heavens to help you out with things.
Christine: You can create a committee which is our council, our board, everything that we've been talking about.
Christine: You're going to write at the top of your journal, the name of your committee, whatever goal you're working on if you want to be healthier, Christine's Health Committee.
Christine: Then you'll write a mission statement and then you write out your members.
Christine: Who would you need on your board to help you get healthy?
Christine: You would need a nutritionist, a personal trainer, a physical therapist, a doctor, maybe a talk therapist.
Christine: You would write out who you want on your committee and then you kind of break down below that all the tasks that you think you would need to do in order to meet that goal.
Christine: Now you can change those tasks after you write them.
Christine: You can start on one task and say this feels right or it doesn't.
Christine: It's a simple way to start interacting with Spirit in a more tangible way.
Akashic Records
Renee: I think now is a good transition point to start talking about Akashic Records.
Renee: Let's break down what those words even mean.
Renee: Akasha is Sanskrit for astral light and encapsulates a timeline or framework of the consciousness tied to your soul within the quantum field.
Renee: More simply, it's an infinite record of a soul's journey through time.
Renee: A good analogy that I heard, a phone, so an iPhone versus the cloud.
Renee: So right now, you are version 13 of the iPhone, and there are previous versions of you, and there's future versions of you to be released.
Renee: And then there's the cloud, the Akashic records, themselves, are stored in the cloud.
Renee: You can access them by going into meditation, going into that kind of ambiguous what the heck even is a cloud space.
Renee: With every new model of the iPhone, you don't keep everything.
Renee: There's features that were on older versions that aren't on the current ones.
Renee: And us as people, we can only hold so much, just evolutionarily.
Renee: The reason that you forget is because you can't possibly retain everything you've ever experienced in your life.
Renee: It's we don't have infinite storage in our minds.
Renee: You know, the body stores some information as well.
Renee: But even with having both your body and your mind, you cannot physically store everything.
Renee: So some of it goes, quote unquote, to the cloud.
Renee: And that's what the Akashic Records typically is referred to as an Akashic Records hall, hall of records, it gets stored there.
Renee: You can leverage Akashic Records work to access past lives, so the previous versions of the iPhone, potentially through past life regression, which typically involves hypnosis led by a facilitator.
Renee: But you can also leverage it to focus on your current purpose, specifically through connecting with your clairs and any gifts that you have in this lifetime.
Christine: That's so meta, the analogy of you're an iPhone, right?
Christine: But which version are you and what's stored in the cloud?
Christine: I never thought of it that way.
Christine: It makes me think of, have you heard stories about young kids who come into this life, and they have memories of being a World War II vet, and supportive parents take them to the sites that they're talking about so that they process the memory and sort of move on.
How to Access Akashic Records
Renee: When you're engaging with Akashic Records, the typical route for it is going to a place.
Renee: It could look like a temple, it could look like a library, it could look like any sort of other building or structure that you enter.
Renee: What's coming to mind, this is a Harry Potter podcast again, where they have the memories, and it's like you pluck the certain memory out and then you put it in the pensieve and then you dive in.
Renee: It could look like that.
Renee: That's really what's happening here, but rather than it being other random people's memories, it's past versions of you or even potentially future versions of you.
Renee: The messages can come through in the form of visuals or words or be auditory.
Renee: You can enter the Akashic Records space yourself in meditation, and you can have questions or you can ask your guides to direct you.
Renee: When you do this, it doesn't require going into hypnosis.
Renee: You just want to be in a state of meditation.
Renee: It can be deep.
Renee: It can be less deep if you're doing something like what I'm doing, which is I am always writing the whole time, so I can't be completely out of it.
Renee: I have to be somewhat there so that I have a foothold to write.
Renee: The format for an Akashic Records reading involves you getting into meditation, arriving at whatever the place is, meeting some sort of a facilitator or guide who will walk you into the halls like walking you deeper.
Renee: You can call in spirit guides.
Renee: They could just stand with you or help ground you or they can be the ones to select whatever the record is for you or it's the person that greeted you either way.
Renee: In this example, let's say you want to get inside into being a good parent.
Renee: So you are calling for a version of yourself in the future who is a good parent and they have years and years of wisdom.
Renee: What could they tell me?
Renee: You might not think that you're actually receiving that much information.
Renee: It'll be processed with a good night's sleep.
Renee: Maybe you wake up tomorrow or in another week and all of a sudden you have an aha moment and it's tied back to this.
Renee: Also want to emphasize similar to our astrology episode, it's not about fate.
Renee: This also applies to when you're doing a psychic reading for someone.
Renee: It's about reading into the energy of now.
Renee: The recommendation is that you do not focus on the when.
Renee: Whenever we're reading each other in our psychic friend group, we just don't even bother asking when something's going to happen because we know we're going to get shut down.
Renee: Because our guides are just laughing their butts off on the other side like a nice try.
Renee: That's the lesson.
Renee: The lesson is releasing control.
Renee: It's recommended to not ask yes or no questions because of the free will piece.
Renee: Rather than saying, should I stop being friends with them?
Renee: The question that you could ask when you're doing an Akashic record reading or meditation is what's the lesson of this friend in my life?
Renee: That's going to give you a very, very different perspective and insight.
Renee: Through the lessons and what they're representing, you could independently of your own volition decide with that information whether you'd like to still be their friend or not.
Renee: As Christine mentioned, in these sessions, they can trigger childhood memories, they could trigger limiting beliefs, fears, wounds that are in need of healing.
Renee: They can unearth a lot and that may happen during the reading or it may happen afterwards.
Renee: Christine, why don't we talk about our personal experiences with Akashic Records?
Renee: I think we should begin by going back in the archive and reviewing the notes that we have when we did the Be Light program and we did the Akashic Records meditation for the first time.
First Experiences with Akashic Records
Christine: Yes, I love this idea.
Christine: When I did my first guided meditation into the Akashic Records, I have this very large French man named Henri, who is one of my guides, and he guided me into the Hall of Records, and I loved walking around and looking at all of them.
Christine: So my Hall of Records is very big, very Roman on the outside, and very s library on the inside.
Christine: There were many leather-bound books.
Christine: It smelled of rich mahogany.
Christine: The first time I went in, I let fate choose what Akashic record would come up, and I immediately forgot it, which is okay because as we mentioned, your subconscious is still doing the work with the Akashic record.
Christine: But the second time I went in, I chose a record where I was successful in business.
Christine: I was a merchant in England, and I would sail around the world trading goods, and I would come home after being at sea for so long, and I had a wonderful family.
Christine: I was concerned as to whether or not I was part of the slave trade, and what I was seeing in my initial vision had nothing to do with slaves.
Christine: But I started to panic and ended the reading a little bit early for myself because I was then trying to control what I was seeing.
Christine: Renee, tell us about your readings while we were in the program.
Christine: I doubt that you did what I did and sabotaged yourself.
Renee: What I wrote down was that I entered a garden that was very cartoony, bright colors, lots of flowers everywhere, and that I kept getting the number repeated over and over again, then entered the Hall of Records, and there was a lilac robed records keeper.
Renee: And the record that was opened was a past version of myself in Asia, in 1096.
Christine: Didn't you have a past life reading?
Renee: I had a past life reading with Deganit, which we talked about last week, and it was the same thing.
Renee: She didn't give a year.
Renee: I did not remember this.
Renee: She had read into me in January or something, and she just did a quick past life reading, and it was set in Asia, and it was a really long time ago.
Renee: In hers, this is just an aside.
Renee: I was abnormally tall, and what happened was everybody in the village thought that meant I was closer to God, and I had special gifts, and so they would come to me and then think that I could heal them because I had some abilities.
Renee: I had internal conflict with that because they were putting me on this pedestal that I didn't feel like I deserved.
Renee: I was trying to teach people that they had the power and the magic within themselves, and it didn't have anything to do with me.
Renee: Similarly, I was someone in Asia, it was 1096, and this person had a lot of romantic partners because they were powerful and alluring.
Renee: When I exited, I felt, quote, incredibly powerful, bold, and confident.
Christine: I like that.
Christine: That's so meta.
Christine: You go into these and you're like, what on earth could possibly come up?
Christine: And then somehow the past life or the Akashic record that comes up is related to your life right now.
Christine: And it just blows my mind every time.
Renee's Recent Akashic Records Visit
Renee: So we revisited the Akashic Records again.
Renee: I entered a garden full of deep red roses.
Renee: Louisa, my guy, she said hi and she like gave me a kiss on the cheek.
Renee: Like she was really happy I was there.
Renee: Then you're presented with a field and you're supposed to walk along the other side.
Renee: I just like zoomed to the other side.
Renee: Boom, got to the Hall of Records.
Renee: And for me, it looked like a temple and had inscriptions on the outside.
Renee: And my Nana was there and she was ready to greet me.
Renee: My grandma's dad owned this candy shop.
Renee: I've been having these candy shop dreams.
Renee: I wonder if he's trying to contact me and if he wants to communicate.
Renee: He came in and he had my hand and like took me in.
Renee: And so then my Nana is kind of like, no, like she wanted to be my friend.
Renee: I checked with her, is it okay that I go with him?
Renee: And she said like, it was fine.
Renee: Then it was like we turned into like wisps of air, spirits.
Renee: And it was like, I was seeing the visual of us like kind of going up the stairs.
Renee: Then we started walking down the hall and it looked more like a library on the inside, which is the normal visual that I tend to have.
Renee: And the records keeper was there in a maroon dress, so different color dress this time.
Renee: They put a flower in my hair behind my left ear, already ready with the book.
Renee: Then I saw this visual of like watercolor green strokes, and them getting layered, and then it felt like it was leaves, like it was a jungle.
Renee: And then I was seeing a guy and he had fallen as if he had been hurt.
Renee: Completely juxtaposed, don't know how they relate to each other at all.
Renee: The story of a mother and daughter in modern times trying to relate on something.
Renee: The issue is I fell asleep.
Renee: So I don't know what the lesson was, I don't know what they were discussing, I don't know what they were trying to resolve.
Renee: I just woke up when you're doing anything that's related to past lives or Akashic Records in general.
Renee: If you fall asleep, it's okay, it's not an issue.
Renee: What Deganit had written, I had seen in my notes, is that sometimes our body falls asleep because we can't relive it.
Renee: So it's almost like a trauma response of you don't want to see it again, or you don't need to see it again, it doesn't benefit you.
Christine's Recent Akashic Records Visit
Christine: Fortunately for you, listener, my Akashic Record reading that I did this week, I did not fall asleep in.
Christine: So you can hear my whole reading.
Christine: I was making my way to the Hall of Records.
Christine: I was being escorted by these two big fuzzy bumblebees.
Christine: Outside was Henri, who was the spirit guide who took me last time, but so was Aggie.
Christine: If we remember the episode on spirit guides, she's been with me and my ancestors for a really long time, and she insisted on taking me this time.
Christine: We got to my room, we opened the door and the inside looks like the Palace of Versailles.
Christine: It smelled like spring.
Christine: It specifically looks like the Hall of Mirrors.
Christine: I see my record keeper and she looks like a very cool librarian, funky glasses and tattoos.
Christine: I allowed the keeper to choose whatever she thought would be relevant for now, and she chooses this big, big tanned leather-bound book from the 1800s.
Christine: It starts off black and white like an old Western film.
Christine: The floors are dusty, but there are some wooden buildings up, and there are a ton of people around, and I'm looking to find myself, and I see a tall Native American man walking through the town, and that's who I was in this past life.
Christine: I was not happy, but I was also aware that anger wasn't the best way to express my feelings, and I knew that things were changing, and the thought running through my head was, what can I do to protect as many of my people and my culture and my land, as possible, until things change again.
Christine: I met with their, quote unquote, town elders, and I wrote down that I felt that they were young and greedy, but we were all still human, right?
Christine: I ended up creating a bubble for my people so that we could continue our way of life without being bothered.
Christine: I was trying to figure out, how do I work with the world I'm in right now, to make sure like the magic, the harmony doesn't get lost, to not lose sight of how beautiful the earth is, and how beautiful this experience on earth is.
Christine: By inspiring people, being a good communicator and maintaining integrity.
Christine: This person like knew who they were regardless of who the world wished he was.
Christine: There was like a quiet passion and intensity about him.
Christine: So the lessons that I was getting out of this, working with or for people who have beliefs you don't agree with, and you know are not in the service of the highest good of all involved, does not mean that you've given up.
Christine: I heard you will create community, you will create a safe bubble like you did in this past life.
Christine: While also navigating the world you're currently in.
Christine: I am strong, I am brave, I am smart.
Christine: And then the last thought I have here is I will leave a lasting legacy.
Christine: I will have a comfortable life.
Christine: I had a very deep Akashic reading that I wasn't expecting.
Lessons
Renee: Christine, what did you learn this week?
Christine: I really like bakeries and cafes, and I went to a new one that I have on my list this week, and it's called Tozzo.
Christine: And what I learned is that this pastry called the Tozzo, T-O-Z-Z-O, it's basically like a brioche stuffed with fresh whipped cream.
Christine: They put this like pistachio cream on the bottom with like little crunchies on top.
Christine: Oh my God.
Christine: It was phenomenal.
Christine: I had to go to the doctor this week, so I went there after as my little treat, because adults should get treats for going to the doctor too.
Renee: I just finished reading Blink by Malcolm Gladwell.
Renee: Have you heard of that book?
Renee: I've read a few books, audiobooks by Malcolm Gladwell, and I enjoy them because I studied psychology, and they're very research heavy, but digestible.
Renee: I just love when he goes into explaining studies that people are running.
Renee: I just love hearing about stuff like that.
Renee: He was talking about FACS, F-A-C-S, which is the Facial Action Coding System.
Renee: It's an analytics tool that researchers will use to label and identify the movements of all of the very tiny muscles in our faces.
Renee: This eyebrow went up, which corresponds to this muscle, and that means this.
Renee: And then when you do it in a sequence of all of these muscle movements, what does that mean?
Renee: It's so involved.
Renee: They would go frame by frame and flag these micro-expressions to identify what they were truly feeling.
Christine: It's similar to a divination tool, right?
Christine: Like, your muscles are moving in this specific pattern.
Christine: What does that mean?
Christine: Very cool.
Renee: And it also is an indicator of, we're so complex that they said there were certain muscles that never can move consciously.
Readings
Renee: All right, so our channeled messages for the week, I got reverse, reverse from the Cha Cha slide, or the Cha Cha slide, right?
Christine: Yeah, great song.
Christine: It's big at my sweet 16.
Renee: So I got reverse, reverse.
Renee: And so I was writing that down, and then I got look back, and then it switched over to share.
Renee: So we were running the gamut here, if I could turn back time.
Christine: Share.
Christine: I'm so interactive in your reading.
Christine: I'll let you speak.
Renee: No, we love sharing our household.
Renee: So reverse, reverse, look back.
Renee: There's something about being retroactive.
Renee: If there's listeners that want to engage with this, they can.
Renee: If it's not for them, that's fine.
Renee: But the instruction was, look for a childhood journal or diary.
Renee: And if you don't have that, find something handwritten, even if it's just a note you wrote to yourself, or a to-do list from a few years ago.
Renee: And then I got the line, gaze into the old versions of yourself to uncover your greatest wish or truth.
Renee: Forty percent will focus on your greatest wish, and percent will focus on your greatest truth.
Renee: You'll know which one is the right one.
Renee: You read the note, you read this journal entry, free write on what comes up, and then hang it up in your room or on a mirror somewhere that you can see it, and read it every morning or every night up to you for days.
Renee: It's going to help you unlock something about this greatest wish or greatest truth for you.
Renee: The mantra I got was, I allow my soul to guide me.
Christine: Love that.
Christine: I saw a bunch of clay plates breaking and smashing intentionally.
Christine: There is a release of energy of things that no longer serve us.
Christine: The advice here is to let what is falling away fall away.
Christine: If we resist, we just make it harder on ourselves as opposed to just accepting what is and going through the pain of it.
Christine: Whoever this is happening for, they asked for more.
Christine: They asked for something different and better in life.
Christine: And in order to receive that, we have to let go of the old so we can welcome in the aligned new.
Christine: And the mantra I got was release resistance.
Christine: Thanks for listening.

Renee: Sorry, I just looked up and there's like a really bizarre looking spider.
Renee: It looks so weird.
Christine: Oh my god.
Christine: Good luck.
Renee: I wish I had my like zapper.
Christine: I love that you actually have a fly swatter.
Renee: I do have a fly swatter.
Christine: That's amazing.
Renee: I keep a fly swatter here because I have previously had an ant infestation.
Christine: Oh, that's terrible.
Renee: So I would just keep it here and I'd be in meetings and I go...
Renee: Oh, I'd be talking.
Renee: Oh, no, I didn't get it.
Renee: It fell somewhere.
Christine: I don't know where it fell.
Christine: Oh, my God.
Christine: I can't.
Renee: I don't know where it fell.
Renee: This is unsettling.
Christine: This is why you need a cat.
Christine: I have chills right now.
Christine: I'm so grossed out for you.
Renee: Oh, I see something.
Renee: Look at the guts.
Christine: Oh, my God.
