Renee: Now, let's get into the episode.
Christine: Okay, here we go.
Renee: When we were recording, I don't even know what you said, and I was so glad I was on mute.
Renee: I was like, trying not to laugh, and then have you see that I was starting to laugh.
Christine: I can't look at you when I record for that reason.
Renee: No.
Renee: Well, we're gonna have to get used to looking at each other a lot because we're recording season two.
Christine: Season two, I can't believe we're here.
Renee: We had so much fun recording season one.
Renee: We would talk for hours and hours and hours, even after the podcast was recorded, or we would take breaks during.
Renee: It's nice to chat and have the quality time and to talk about fun topics.
Renee: And we have some good ones in season two.
2025 Eclipses
Christine: Speaking of fun topics, we're gonna start off this season with an episode on the eclipses for 2025.
Christine: We did that in season one and we thought it was pretty helpful.
Christine: So we're gonna do it again.
Renee: This time, we're not just talking about the spring eclipses, we're talking about all of 2025.
Christine: The other thing we should tell them about Renee is we've kind of changed the format of the end of the episode a little bit.
Christine: Last season, our last segment, prior to the collective reading, was what have we learned this week?
Christine: But this season, we're gonna try something new and we're gonna talk about the dreams that Renee and I have throughout the series.
Christine: You'll hear the first iteration of the dream segment at the end of this episode.
Christine: Please feel free to reach out to us and let us know if you love it, if you hate it, if you want us to bring back what have we learned.
Renee: For an overview of the moon and eclipses, such as what they represent energetically in astrology, as well as how to work with them, make sure to listen to season one, episode two.
Renee: Today, we'll be jumping straight into what you need to know about the 2025 eclipses and the spring and fall.
Christine: Yes.
Spring 2025 Eclipses
Christine: So the spring eclipses this year will be in March of 2025, and those will start about two weeks after this episode airs.
Christine: And the full eclipses are both going to occur in September of this year.
Christine: We encourage you to come back to this episode anytime in and around those eclipse seasons to prepare mentally, emotionally, and energetically for them.
Christine: This year's eclipses are officially moving away from the Aries-Libra axis that we've been experiencing for the past 18 months.
Christine: And they're beginning a new cycle in Pisces and Virgo that will culminate in February of 2027.
Christine: We'll be closing out the theme of self versus relationships and focusing on dreams versus practicality.
Renee: Looking into the astrological side of these eclipses, what's happening in an eclipse, which again we covered in season one, is the nodes are changing signs.
Renee: So the north node will be in Pisces.
Renee: And the north node is all about purpose and direction towards change.
Renee: A quick note here, there aren't going to be any solar north node eclipses for Pisces in this 2025 to 2027 cycle, which means that they're slightly less energetically supercharged.
Renee: There's still a lot of momentum because it's an eclipse.
Renee: In order to understand how the north node being in Pisces impacts you, you'll want to look at the houses that correspond to Pisces in your chart.
Renee: For us, Christine and I, in the whole sign system, that's the ninth house and the third house, which is our communication and travel axis.
Renee: And for Placidus, it's the eighth house and second house, which is our money and mentality axis.
Renee: The south node for this eclipse series will be in Virgo.
Renee: The south node is all about releasing past karma, whether past life karma or past in this current life, which can sometimes feel a little bit uncomfortable to move fully into surrender.
Renee: For us, that's the same two axes, but the houses are actually reversed because as a reminder, Christine and I are sister signs with opposite rising signs of Capricorn and Cancer.
Renee: Therefore, we will have six months apart, beginnings and endings in the same but opposite areas of life.
Christine: Get out your calendar, your photos, your notes app, et cetera.
Christine: We're going to look back and ahead at the eclipses for 2025.
Christine: Renee is going to get us into it.
Renee: The first eclipse of 2025 happens on March 14th at 2:59 a.m.
Renee: Eastern time.
Renee: It's a total lunar eclipse in Virgo and it will be at 23 degrees.
Renee: So if you'd like to look for this point in your astrological chart, there it is.
Renee: What you want to do is think back to February 21st, 2008, March 3rd, 2007, and March 14th, 2006 for the last cycle of Virgo lunar eclipses.
Renee: This will give you a pattern to identify what may be coming your way energetically, things you may be thinking about or encountering in your life during this period of time, and through February 2027.
Renee: This eclipse occurs on a full moon, which can mean heightened intuition and a culmination of whatever seeds you planted on the 2024 new moon in Virgo, which was on September 2nd, Christine's birthday.
Renee: The question that you want to ask yourself is, what have you manifested?
Renee: One, in general, and two, per the themes of your natal chart.
Renee: So whichever house is at this point in Virgo.
Renee: On this eclipse day, March 14th, you may feel particularly compelled to be very neat and organized.
Renee: And I will say as an aside, I swear without fail, whenever the moon goes into Virgo, I'm popping up and I'm ready to clean something.
Renee: I'm ready to organize.
Renee: I look at my space.
Renee: I'm disgusted.
Renee: I need to sweep.
Renee: I need to put things away.
Renee: Virgo brings an energy of heightened organization.
Renee: It's a very methodical sign.
Renee: It's also service focused.
Renee: There's a lot of perfectionism, and then sometimes anxiety.
Renee: Virgo is also associated with digestion issues.
Renee: As with all eclipses, make sure to take it easy by resting and hydrating.
Renee: For this energy, try turning to grounding tools because Virgo after all is an earth sign, such as movement or meditation.
Renee: Whatever healthy habits support clearing your mind of chatter.
Christine: Two weeks later on March 29th at exactly 6:58 a.m.
Christine: Eastern time, we're going to have a partial solar eclipse in Aries at 8 degrees.
Christine: Now, this is going to be the final one in that Aries-Libra axis that we've been talking about.
Christine: So think back to April of 2023.
Christine: Have you been moving forward with something with more of an independent energy?
Christine: Maybe you started something on your own or you found a sense of autonomy.
Christine: This solar eclipse is going to help us complete that cycle.
Christine: When an opportunity presents itself, take confident action towards your personal goals.
Christine: You've been working toward this.
Christine: Don't forget that.
Christine: This energy could open doors that lead you down a path of self-growth, self-guidance or becoming self-made.
Christine: Remember, Aries energy is about the self.
Christine: So this eclipse prioritized focusing on you.
Support Your Hosts
Renee: This podcast isn't sponsored, but we want to take a second to update you on what we are up to in case you'd like to support us.
Renee: Through my business, Read by Renee, I launched at the end of 2024, the 2025 Life Path Planner.
Renee: This includes new full moon and eclipse exercises for manifestation and reflection.
Renee: So if you are enjoying this episode, then I have some built-in offerings, as well as many other features and activities included.
Renee: I'm also offering a 25% off astrology reading special throughout this year, if you book during your birthday month.
Renee: As an example, if you are an Aries or Pisces and you were born in the month of March, then if you book during this month, you can schedule for any time, but you'll automatically get 25% off your astrology reading.
Christine: And for me, Christine, I recently started a newsletter on Substack, so you can stay up to date on all my offerings.
Christine: My newsletter is where I get a little more vulnerable and where I share exclusive updates just for my followers.
Christine: So get on that.
Renee: As a subscriber to Christine's newsletter, 10 out of 10, agree, I enjoy reading them.
Christine: Yay, thank you.
Christine: That's so sweet.
Fall 2025 Eclipses
Renee: Now, let's talk about the fall 2025 eclipses.
Renee: The first is in September on the 7th, and it will go exact at 2:12 p.m Eastern time.
Renee: It'll be a total lunar eclipse in Pisces at 15 degrees.
Renee: What you want to think about is what have you manifested since February 28th?
Renee: The airing of this episode is early March, but remember, these are eclipses in the fall, so you'll be thinking back to now if you are hearing it in present time.
Renee: What have you manifested since February th, in general or specifically in Pisces?
Renee: You'll also want to reflect on your life since the first Pisces eclipse in this series, which happened on September 17th in 2024.
Renee: What beginnings and endings have you experienced over the last year?
Renee: Also, you can think back to the last Pisces lunar eclipse cycle, and those dates are September 16th, 2016, August 28th, 2017, September 7th, 2006.
Renee: And you can leverage all of those dates to identify patterns of major life changes.
Renee: Pisces energy brings heightened intuition on top of the full moon, so it's going to be extra big.
Renee: Pisces also brings gullibility, escapist tendencies, and a sense of dreaminess.
Renee: You may feel especially sensitive and emotional during this full moon lunar eclipse, so get those tissues ready.
Renee: And embrace what comes through that's in need of healing, and try some supportive practices, such as keeping a dream log or doing foot baths.
Renee: Pisces rules the feat.
Christine: September 21st of this year, at exactly 3:54 p.m.
Christine: Eastern time, we will have a partial solar eclipse in Virgo at 28 degrees.
Christine: This will be the second Virgo eclipse this year, and the second new moon in Virgo.
Christine: The first one was on August 23rd.
Christine: This is powerful energy to work with.
Christine: 2025, was this one of your clever little plans?
Christine: Think back to March 14th and August 23rd of this year.
Christine: What started in March?
Christine: Or what came up for you on August 23rd?
Christine: This eclipse will help us refine what we started thinking about then, especially in terms of our daily routines, work and any big projects we have.
Christine: Virgo energy is very methodical and loves to get into the weeds.
Christine: Also think back to September of 2006 and 2007, which was the last time we had eclipses in Virgo.
Christine: For this eclipse, harness this energy to plan out any long-term goals.
Christine: Redirect any projects that aren't going in the direction you intended.
Christine: Hello, New Year's resolutions.
Christine: And dare I say it, release that perfectionism.
Christine: Don't wait until everything is perfect.
Christine: Just get started.
Christine: Remember, you can redirect it anytime.
Dreams
Renee: This season, instead of our what we learned this week, we're gonna be doing what we've dreamed in somewhat recent time, or a dream that we think is interesting that we wanna share.
Christine: As always, feel free to send an email or leave a review to let us know what you think.
Christine: Renee, before we get started, I think it would be interesting to point out, maybe for the first two weeks of January, both of us who dream intensely every night, we were having dreams that were foggy, or we were waking up and we weren't remembering our dreams in as much detail.
Christine: If you were having something similar happen, you're not alone.
Renee: I found personally, as we've been doing this intuitive work, that I'm much more tapped into what's going on energetically with the collective, and sometimes the collective aligns with the astrology.
Renee: And I do think it is so fascinating, and hopefully, with this new segment, we can catalog more how Christine and I are connected to each other, and we are both picking up on the same things, and our sleep patterns, and our dream patterns, and our emotional states are connected to each other, or just that we're both connected to the same bigger energy.
Christine: Yeah, we're going to get weird.
Renee: Not every dream we're going to share is going to be a psychic intuitive dream.
Renee: Sometimes it's just going to be a dream that's fun.
Renee: And this one is one that made me laugh so hard, so I wanted to share.
Renee: So it started where I was walking outside, and it's fall weather, and I had to stop because there were two cats in front of me that were fighting in my path.
Renee: Of course, interesting.
Renee: What's the significance of this?
Renee: We all know I have a thing with cats.
Renee: There was the owner came out and then was talking to some guy that happened to be walking on the path behind me who I didn't notice.
Renee: I had to wait a little bit.
Renee: Once the cats moved out of the way, I kept walking.
Renee: And then I arrive at my childhood home, and a character from The Vampire Diaries and Originals is there because this is what happens.
Renee: I have random fictional characters that show up in my dreams in the plot.
Renee: Then it was like I switched into a male perspective.
Renee: So, I kind of did a lot of things in this dream.
Renee: And then I was traveling and I was like going on a solo trip in Europe.
Renee: I finally get home and I was sitting down to watch a live stream, and it was some like alternative music festival or something.
Renee: And then my sister came in and she wanted to sit and watch it with me all of a sudden.
Renee: It switched to gymnastics like young girls but in different age groups.
Renee: And then I was confused about why they were in the same bracket because they were clearly different ages and so that didn't make any sense.
Renee: I looked down and I had this drawing in front of me that I was working on.
Renee: And it was of a ketchup bottle.
Renee: And I hand it to my sister because I had already filled in the red part for the ketchup, but the label was not filled in.
Renee: So I slid it to her because I was like, hey, like I needed her to finish the drawing for some reason.
Renee: She has the yellow colored pencil and she starts to color in the label and she goes way out of the lines, essentially like bleeding into the red area and messing it up.
Renee: And I got so upset that I woke up as if it was a nightmare.
Renee: I literally woke up and I was like, ah, like I was making noises.
Renee: I was so upset.
Renee: And then I realized this as I am now awake in my room and have come out of this odd saga of a dream.
Renee: I'm writing all this stuff down and I'm piecing it together and I'm realizing how ridiculous this is.
Renee: I'm just sitting there laughing.
Renee: I cannot wait to tell her about this.
Renee: I think I fell back asleep and then I had a dream that I was telling her about it, which also happens.
Renee: I'll have dreams after I fall back asleep that I'm telling somebody about a dream or I have a dream where I'm telling myself I need to write the dream down and it'll be a specific dream I had earlier.
Christine: That's really funny and I wonder if that's your version of a stress dream, someone coloring outside of the lines.
Renee: Well, the only reason I can think, I don't understand the ketchup bottle thoroughly.
Renee: Don't get that.
Renee: I have been working on my bullet journal, so I have been doing a lot of drawing in recent time, so that makes sense.
Renee: But the fact that I would be so upset by it, that I woke up to me, and then I wake up and go, why did I wake up from that?
Renee: That's dumb.
Christine: That's really funny.
Christine: And it also reminded me, I've been meaning to buy ketchup for the last three weeks and I keep forgetting, so thanks for the reminder.
Renee: Are you serious?
Christine: Yeah, no, I could show you, it's on my list every week, and every week I'm like, oh, I forgot ketchup.
Christine: Because I go shopping at the Italian market and ketchup's not up there.
Christine: Anyway.
Renee: Oh my gosh, are you serious?
Christine: Yeah.
Renee: Well, apparently, that's why I'm dreaming of ketchup, to tell you to go buy it.
Christine: Thanks for that one.
Christine: Okay.
Christine: So the dream that I chose today is from December 23rd.
Christine: I was in a big apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and it was nighttime and there was a bee in the apartment.
Christine: And I asked someone if they could get the bee.
Christine: But as soon as I asked the bee, like instinctively flew upward toward one of the large open windows to leave.
Christine: There's some really good symbolism here that could help you in your next dream.
Christine: The bee is so prominent and in the dream the person that I ask to get the bee is someone who's been on my mind recently that I haven't spoken to in a while.
Christine: But I've been thinking about them, wondering what they're up to, are they okay?
Christine: It turns out that bees in dreams can mean a profit or a gain.
Christine: But if the bee flies away, it sends the message that you will be rid of your worries.
Christine: Night can be associated with our inner world, that sort of darkness going inside, which confirmed for me that the bee is related to something or someone that I've been thinking about internally.
Christine: And because the bee flies away, my worries about that person will soon go away as well.
Renee: I have also had dreams about bees, but usually they then fly at me, fly in my ears and then I wake up.
Renee: Yeah, I'll get swarmed and then I wake up.
Christine: That sounds like my girl and now I'm stressed out.
Renee: Normally, if I get so upset or scared that I wake up, it's because I'm being attacked.
Renee: I'm being swarmed by bugs or animals or something and I'll wake up.
Renee: The fact that I was coloring and then I got so upset that I woke up is why it was weird.
Renee: I've also been awoken from a dream because I was crying in the dream and then I actually woke up.
Renee: What kind of dreams usually wake you up?
Christine: It's usually falling or like I'm on a roller coaster or an elevator that just drops and there's no end.
Renee: If most of the time when I wake up, I'm being swarmed and you're dropping, what does that mean?
Renee: If anybody listening has theories, feel free to write in or share if you've had similar dreams.
Christine: For me, I definitely think it's about a sense of losing control, like I'm in an elevator, I'm out of control, the elevator is in control, but now it's out of control, there's nothing I can do.
Christine: Same thing with a roller coaster.
Renee: Right, actually both of ours, you can make the argument that you're vulnerable, it's a thing that's happening to you and you can't do anything to stop it.
Renee: They're just represented with different visuals.
Renee: Yeah.
Readings
Renee: And now, the collective reading for the week.
Renee: I'll start.
Renee: The first thing that came in, prepare yourselves, the song, I Don't Dance from High School Musical 2.
Renee: Are you familiar?
Renee: Oh my gosh, Christine, you're not familiar?
Renee: Okay, you have to look the song up, it's a jam.
Renee: That song came in.
Renee: Essentially, the energy coming along with it is a boldness to stand out, to define yourself and position where you are now in the world, even if it's in the face of opposition.
Renee: And then I was taken to this image of a snowman melting into a puddle, and then only the hat was remaining.
Renee: Along with the quote, the pain of starting over is relieved by the balm of newness.
Renee: This is very much giving a spring equinox, airy season, airy eclipse vibes of reinvention for sure.
Renee: And then the next thing that came in was the line, don't be afraid to go bigger and to not go home.
Renee: So obviously there's that saying, go big or go home.
Renee: And this was a play on that expression.
Renee: And you're being asked to reflect but not stew.
Renee: Think deeply but think quickly and then move on because it's a time of action and forward movement to charge towards your new goals for the year.
Renee: Next I was seeing, removing a mask.
Renee: It was labeled as a mask of pleasantries and polish.
Renee: It was being thrown into a fire and burnt to ash.
Renee: This is calling to mind of course imagery of a phoenix rising from the ashes and leaning into rebirth of this new identity that you're taking on.
Renee: However, it's not really a new identity.
Renee: You are going back to yourself.
Renee: You're getting rid of the mask.
Renee: So we have a lot of elements here of alignment with yourself, alignment with action, alignment with integrity, who you truly are versus what other people are telling you to do or how society will accept things or not.
Renee: And there being this sense of potential discomfort, but it'll be healed when you move through the new chapter and you start acting and living in integrity.
Renee: Also this idea of not being afraid to take very bold action and not going back to where you were because what you were doing before wasn't necessarily working for you nor was it energetically aligned.
Renee: Final thoughts here were authenticity is the name of the game and you're ready to play ball.
Renee: Which is hilarious.
Renee: Anybody that knows I Don't Dance, they are playing baseball in the song.
Renee: So the imagery here was really strong and the mantra was also on theme.
Renee: I swing for the fences and stay off the bench.
Renee: Christine, what was your message?
Christine: We haven't done this in a while and I forget how our readings line up.
Christine: So I was just kind of impressed by that.
Christine: When I first started channeling, the first thing I see is I'm like midway up a mountain.
Christine: There is a mudslide coming down the mountain.
Christine: It's like running down to clear everything away.
Christine: It was important to note that it wasn't a volcano.
Christine: It's a mudslide.
Christine: I see like a little road with maybe like one or two cars on it, telephone poles and phone lines that are being taken down.
Christine: After the mudslide finishes, it's clear and I'm seeing a lot of primary colors, like red, blue, yellow, green.
Christine: Green is a secondary color, but the people in the cars are okay.
Christine: And one woman gets out to like survey what's below because the mudslide sort of stopped.
Christine: It didn't make its way all the way down the mountain.
Christine: It didn't hit the beach.
Christine: It didn't hit any of the people down there.
Christine: But the people down on the beach see what has happened.
Christine: You know, so they, they race up the mountain.
Christine: They end up saving these two people who were in the mudslide and like trying to figure out what was going on.
Christine: What I heard was what seems like a disaster could bear fruit when we choose to act with our heart.
Christine: And the other notable thing here is transformation, like this area that was covered by mud has been transformed and changed.
Christine: Keep an eye out for where in your life it feels like there's a sudden change.
Christine: It could be planting seeds.
Christine: So I pulled a tarot card.
Christine: I think I might do this for all of our readings going forward this year.
Christine: I got the Ace of Wands.
Christine: Wands are typically our passion.
Christine: And the ones being reversed is a sign of, again, I said we were confused here.
Christine: Like what's going on?
Christine: Why is this happening?
Christine: There's a vagueness.
Christine: So it feels like what can be removed from our lives to give us space to find something that we actually care about and to give us direction and figure out how to move forward.
Christine: Don't get so much in your head.
Christine: Think out with your heart and see, okay, that's getting cleared.
Christine: What can it be transformed into?
Christine: And not to worry that just because it's getting cleared out doesn't mean it's getting worse.
Christine: It could be turning into fertile soil for you to plant something.
Renee: Given that March is an eclipse month, and it's also Aries season, which is the astrological new year.
Renee: My reading was a lot about beginnings, and yours was a lot about endings.
Renee: So they do pair very well with each other.
Renee: I can see people using some of them in tandem, and you could kind of do it in either order.
Renee: It really doesn't matter.
Renee: You can start a beginning and then shed things and make more room and then keep going, or you can clear and then begin.
Renee: There also was a through line about what was happening with you as an individual versus other people.
Christine: Yeah.
Christine: Yeah, it was interesting.
Renee: I'm not just saying this for the sake of the podcast, but it does feel good to be back doing these readings.
Renee: Like I enjoy kind of placing myself in time because we do these episodes ahead.
Renee: So you're jumping to a very specific time in the future and saying what's going to be important for people and when we have overlap.
Renee: Like you said, it's just, it's a fun experience and I'm looking forward to more fun times in season two.
Christine: Me too.
Christine: It feels really good to be back.
Christine: Thanks for listening.
Christine: If you'd like to learn more, the resources we used to prepare for this episode are listed in the show notes.
Renee: If you're curious to develop your intuition, we've partnered with the Nuurvana Be Light program to give our listeners a $500 discount on tuition fees.
Renee: Email us for more details and we'll connect you with the founder, Deganit Nuur.
Christine: Want to connect with us?

Renee: We'll see you when the stars next align.
Outro
Renee: Alert the media, we're talking about food on the podcast again.
Renee: Yeah, so every once in a while, if you have an actual Fig Newton and you haven't had one in years, oh my gosh, it's so good.
Christine: I know, I know.
Christine: I might go get them.
Renee: And did you know I'm from Newton of the Fig Newton?
Christine: Shut up.
Christine: Is there like a tour that we can take in your neighborhood?
Renee: No.
Christine: Oh, I didn't know if they had like-
Renee: Unfortunately.
Christine: This is where the Newtons lived in.
Renee: I don't remember like all the details of it, but I have researched it more in-depth before of like the manufacturing and all this other stuff, but they were like bought by different companies, but it did originate in Newton, Massachusetts.
Christine: That's really exciting.
Renee: We're so cute.
Christine: We're such cute humans.
Renee: We're making cute human boo-boos.
Christine: Okay.
Christine: So in the ending.
Christine: Do do do do do.
Renee: I'm just kidding.
Renee: I need to learn the new song.
Renee: I'm gonna have the old one in my head.
Christine: Oh my god, I know.
