Monthly Channeled Message - December 2025

We're opening up a seemingly ordinary hat box and inside there's a magical top hat. Reaching our hand and then our arm inside this magician's hat, we continue reaching until our shoulder is beyond the rim. Feeling around in the darkness, and out of our view, we hear the small twinkling of metal.

Quickly withdrawing our hand and arm, we're concerned that we may have broken something. Upon further inspection, by peering inside the hat, we see a sparkling gem far in the distance. It has a emerald green glow and is pretty sizeable! We decide to tip the hat over and cross our fingers that the gem will tumble out into the hot box. After a few shakes (and taps on the top of the hat), the gem finally spills out.

However, when we look at it now, outside of the magical top hat, the gem is completely dusty and rusted. Similar to how when copper is oxygenated it turns green, this case is essentially the reverse. IThe stark difference is that it looks dingy rather than sparkling and reflective. The gem is lacking all beauty and allure. We sigh in disappointment as the illusion is shattered and pick up a tool to grab onto the crusted mineral and drop it back into the hat.

Without even looking we know that it's returned to its sparkling green mirage. Next, we return the hat back to the box, close the lid shut tight, and place it on a high shelf. Despite it being out of reach for most, we still consider sticking a note on it in warning. At the end of December 2025, we decide against it, with the insight that we'd be depriving others of a lesson to learn. Not everything is what it seems.
